Massage today Feb 7th

I spent the day on the couch in pain and waiting for the plummer. My toilet leaks. It's been leaking since day one. I finally had enough of walking through toilet water on the bathroom floor so I texted the owners son and gave him the scoop. It's not an emergency. I don't have raw sewage backing up on the floor but it needs to be fixed.

The plummer is coming back tomorrow. He's gonna take the toilet off. I'm sure it's just a leaky gasket or what's the ring called. looks like puddy. I'm hoping they are in and out quickly tomorrow.

After the plummer left I took some medication. After letting it soak in I ventured out for a foot massage and some grocery shopping. I needed food and I needed a foot massage.

The massage was painful but in a good way. I could not help vocalizing my response to parts of the massage. She kept saying:

"Got to do it. This leg is in bad shape" and she pointed to the wost of my pain points. Exactly. "Here, here, here, here". She told me she could tell the change in blood flow .... or how did she describe it, veins damaged here, here and here.

"Must fix" She said to me, "I bet the other places just rub your foot". she motioned like a soft rub. "right?

Yes. that's right. That's why I come here.

"You don't need that". (soft rub) "You need this" and she guided the tip of her elbow down along the outer portion of my tibia. "And you need this" Elbow into the top of my foot where the holes were. Massive trauma.

I gasped in pain. Couldn't help it. She was doing her best to free up the scar tissue.

I trust her for some reason.

While I'm getting the once over a customer walked in and took a seat waiting to be addressed.  It's the regular routine. You leave your shoes outside. Walk in and take a seat. Coincidentally, this is when I was getting some of the roughest of the massage therapy.

After listening to me whimper and wince in pain the other customer got up and walked out.

She giggled "I think I scare him off"

"Me too" I said "I think you scared him off".

She asked, "You like Thai hot oil rub" with a smile.

My response, "No. I can't lay face down. It hurts my back"

"Because your belly too big" she replied.

She's right. My belly is too big.
