Documentary: The Money Fix: The Almighty Dollar | Monetary Reform Documentary

Observation number one: All the people introduced in the beginning of the documentary talking about worshiping money and having money problems are very unattractive.

The people I know making over 100k per year back in the good old US of A have not been made happy by money. I only know one person with money that is happy at that person was happy prior to having money. I think it's true coming into money made him happier. It's been my experience if you are miserable then money will not make you happy.

In this documentary they explain they give definitions for "work" and "job" and explain the difference. Apparently the word job is something that came out of the industrial revolution but work has been around as long as man has.

According to the documentary:

  • A job is something you do strictly for money
  • Work is something you do because you feel passionate about or or because you are good at it
I've come to believe when people constantly complain they do nothing more than supply you with the reason they are unhappy. They are are the reason. They are complainers. By nature they are unhappy. --- Please don't get me wrong. I think we all have complained from time to time. The more boisterous we get with our complaints, the more it is a sign of frustration and most of the time this is situational and or temporary. I think the habitual complainers are pathologically negative people and you would be wise to give them a wide berth. Negative people spread negativity. Positive people spread positivity.

More to come...
